1. Digital service — no physical shipping
Nyaykar is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, courier partners, or delivery addresses involved.
2. How your letter is delivered
- Your AI-generated complaint letter is shown on screen immediately after generation — typically within 3–8 seconds.
- You can download the letter as a PDF directly from the result page.
- You can also email the letter to yourself from the result page; this is delivered to your inbox within a minute.
- Signed-in users can re-download their previous letters anytime from the dashboard — letters are saved to your account.
3. Pay-per-use & Pro activation
When you buy a Pay-per-use letter (₹49), the credit is added to your account instantly after Razorpay confirms your payment, and you can use it on your next letter generation.
When you buy Pro (₹199 for 30 days) or Pro Annual (₹1,499 for 365 days), your unlimited access is activated instantly on payment confirmation. Pro is a one-time pass with no auto-renewal— access simply ends when the pass expires unless you choose to renew. The SMB / Business plan is not yet available and is marked “Coming soon” on the pricing page.
4. If you don't receive your letter
- Refresh the result page — the letter is regenerated from your stored complaint.
- Check your spam / promotions folder if you opted to receive the letter by email.
- If the letter is still missing, email hello@nyaykar.in with your Razorpay payment ID. We will regenerate or refund per our Refund Policy.
5. Service area
Nyaykar is built for Indian consumers and the Indian regulatory system (RBI, IRDAI, TRAI, RERA, NCH, e-Jagriti and Consumer Commissions). The service is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, but the letters generated are intended for filing within India.
