Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Nyaykar (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Nyaykar, operated from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India.

2. What we do — and what we do not do

Nyaykar uses AI to draft formal consumer complaint letters and to identify the appropriate Indian regulatory authority for your complaint.

Nyaykar is not a law firm. The letters generated are AI-assisted drafts for guidance only. They are not legal advice. We do not represent you in any legal matter, do not file complaints on your behalf, and do not log into government portals for you. All authentication and submission must be performed by you personally via OTP or Aadhaar.

For complex matters or if substantial sums or rights are involved, please consult a qualified consumer advocate.

3. Your responsibility

  • You must verify every fact, name, date and amount in the generated letter before submitting it.
  • You may only file complaints based on truthful events. Fake complaints, harassment, defamation or extortion are strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for any consequence of submitting a letter containing inaccurate, exaggerated or false information.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service for spam, automated scraping, or bypassing rate limits.

4. Plans and pricing

  • Free — 2 letters per calendar month. No payment required.
  • Pay-per-use — ₹49 for a single additional letter.
  • Pro — ₹199 / month for unlimited letters, follow-up letters and WhatsApp delivery.
  • Pro Annual — ₹1,499 / year (~37% discount).
  • SMB / Business — ₹499 / month for legal notices, rent agreements and invoice recovery letters.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST where applicable.

5. Refund policy

  • Generated letters: non-refundable. Once a letter has been generated by the AI, the cost has been incurred.
  • Monthly subscriptions: non-refundable for the current billing month. You may cancel future renewals from your dashboard.
  • Annual subscriptions: pro-rata refund on the unused months, less a ₹100 administration fee.
  • Failed payments: automatically refunded by Razorpay within 7 working days.

6. Intellectual property

The complaint letter generated for you is yours to use. The Service itself, including the AI prompts, templates, brand and code, remains the property of Nyaykar.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI output may contain errors; you must review it before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Nyaykar's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Nyaykar in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nyaykar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (including fraudulent complaints, abuse of the rate limit, or chargebacks). You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing privacy@nyaykar.in.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
