RBI ka official complaint portal hai cms.rbi.org.in (CMS = Complaint Management System). Yahi ek sahi jagah hai — kisi third-party "complaint" website par bharosa mat karein.

Step 1 — Portal kholein https://cms.rbi.org.in par jaayein. "File a Complaint" par click karein.

Step 2 — Apni detail bharein Apna naam, mobile number aur OTP se verify karein. OTP aapke phone par aayega.

Step 3 — Bank aur complaint ki jaankari Jis bank ke against complaint hai woh chunein, complaint ki category select karein, aur ghatna ki tareekh batayein.

Step 4 — Facts likhein Saaf, point-by-point likhein: kya hua, kab hua, kitna paisa involved hai, aur aapne bank ko pehle kab complaint ki thi. Yahaan woh reference number daalein jo bank ne diya tha.
