Step 2 — NCH 1915 par call karo — sabse fast free option

National Consumer Helpline (1915) toll-free hai. Ye aapki taraf se company se baat karte hain. Zyaadatar genuine complaints 15–30 din mein yahin solve ho jaati hain — koi court fee nahi, koi lambi wait nahi.

Online bhi complaint kar sakte ho: consumerhelpline.gov.in. Apna order/bill number, seller ka naam, aur problem clearly likho.

Step 3 — Apni complaint letter Nyaykar se banwao

Agar NCH se baat na bane, ya seller phir bhi tal-matol kare, ab formal complaint ka time hai. Nyaykar ko batao:
